SPC QUINTON PICONE

Homes For Our Troops extends our deepest sympathies to the friends and family of Army Specialist Quinton Picone, who passed away on May 30, 2017, in Oklahoma.

Quinton was injured in Afghanistan in 2012 by an IED while on a dismounted patrol with the 10th Mountain Division.

Through the efforts of donors, volunteers, and sponsors, Quinton received the keys to his specially adapted home in Oklahoma on April 11, 2015. He competed in the May 2013 Warrior Games in field, sitting volleyball, and swimming events. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with family. In August 2014, Quinton began working at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant.

Quinton was a valued member of the HFOT Family, and we will miss him greatly.
